Terms
The short version of what you're agreeing to when you use Upfront Wedding. It's a one-person service. By sending the form or paying, you agree to these terms. Last updated October 7, 2026.
What we do
- Email the vendors you pick, from your own wedding inbox.
- Follow up with vendors who go quiet, for 14 days from the first email.
- Ask about tax, travel, fees and what's included.
- Put every reply in your Google Sheet: availability, price, what's included and what's still unknown.
- Up to 20 vendors: photographers, videographers, DJs and bands, florists, caterers, hair and makeup. Need more? Ask.
- US weddings only for now.
What we never do
We never book, sign, pay deposits, negotiate prices, or take calls or meetings for you. We don't share your budget unless you ask us to. You decide who to meet, and you book directly with the vendor.
What you need
- Be 18 or over.
- Have your venue booked, or at least a date and an area.
- Create a wedding Gmail you own, and keep forwarding on while we work. You're responsible for that account and for Google's terms.
- Give us accurate wedding details.
- Approve the vendors on your list. We only write to the ones you say Yes to.
Price and payment
$149, once. No payment until we've read your form and confirmed we can help. Then we send you a Stripe payment link. This is a founding price for our first couples. It may change for later couples, but never for you after you've paid.
Refunds
Full refund if you cancel before the first email goes out to a vendor. Once outreach has started, the fee is final. To cancel or ask for a refund, email [email protected].
Stopping
Reply STOP to any email from us, or choose Stop in your Sheet, and we cancel anything queued and remove the send-as. Your Sheet stays yours.
What we can't promise
That any vendor replies, is available, or holds a price. The prices in your Sheet are what vendors told us. Confirm them with the vendor before you book. Upfront Wedding is a small service run by one person. We may pause or decline a request; if we decline before outreach starts, you're not charged.
When the service ends
After the follow-ups finish, about 14 days from the first email, we wind down: we tell you, process any late replies, and remove the send-as. You keep your Sheet and your inbox.

Limits
We'll do this carefully, but if something goes wrong, our responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us. We aren't responsible for a vendor's actions, prices or availability, or for anything you agree with a vendor.
These terms are governed by California law. If we have a disagreement, we'll try to sort it out by email first. If that doesn't work, it goes to the courts in California, including small claims court where that applies.
Changes
If these terms change, we update the date at the top. Changes don't apply to a service you've already paid for.
